“On The Hill”
This project was commissioned to design and install landscaping around the home and double lot. Repairs to topsoil, holes and pits, fixing drainage, and changing ground slopes were also completed. Three new islands were added, as well as installation of tree rows of flowering native trees for privacy and shade.
The Estate
This project involved removing overgrown and aging landscaping, and installing a new design along the front and sides of the property. A selection of high-end plants were chosen to provide appropriate mature sizes, year-round blooming and color, deer resistance, low maintenance needs, and a beautiful estate appeal.
Rock Garden
A narrow and difficult to maintain area along the street was upgraded with evergreen privacy plants and a low maintenance design.
“The Wall”
The rear patio edges were experiencing erosion, and the steep slopes were difficult to mow and walk around. This project leveled and supported the ground around the patio slab, and repaired the lawn. Mirror-image retaining walls that framed the grand center of the home were added along with new flower beds.
Patio – With A View
A shady, muddy and sloped lawn was upgraded with a grand patio and fire pit area. Matching Patio designs were also installed at the front porch steps, and along the driveway.
The project featured custom order top-quality pavers, an outdoor TV, surround sound, and evening lighting. New buried gutter lines provided water management. A short retaining wall leveled the area, and provided an “Infinity Edge” character for the view.
